Harappa Learning Job Update 2022, Customer Support Associate Chat Process

Harappa is recruiting for the team of The Engagement & Customer Success, the team which leads the Harappa off-platform experience end-to-end, for program execution from live sessions (through internal coordination), to drive completions for online courses. They prioritize providing learners the right information at the right time in support of their knowledge journey and work with the client SPOC to give the right information.

Before Apply Need to Know

A positive & professional mindset candidate requires for this post, the ability to handle patiently customer's objection, learn new things, Attend training sessions to develop knowledge of the psychology of online learning, and acquire customer service skills. Processing and logging information into a CRM system along with resolving inquiries

Good communication skills

Understand customer needs through analytics

Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments

Assisting faculty in delivering live sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in English and/or psychology is preferred

Time-management & Multitasking ability

1-3 years experience in Customer care

Proficient computer skills and with MS Office suites

Strong people management skills
