Harappa is recruiting for the team of The Engagement & Customer Success, the team which leads the Harappa off-platform experience end-to-end, for program execution from live sessions (through internal coordination), to drive completions for online courses. They prioritize providing learners the right information at the right time in support of their knowledge journey and work with the client SPOC to give the right information.

Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
Assisting faculty in delivering live sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
Time-management & Multitasking ability
1-3 years experience in Customer care
Proficient computer skills and with MS Office suites
Strong people management skills
